Description
THM – H10 Series – Two Stage Electro Hydraulic Servo Valve
Two stage servo valves with outstanding pressure gain and dynamic operation.
The H10 series is a two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve which employs a rotary direct-drive valve as the pilot stage to drive the power stage spool. A cylindrical spool valve that runs with a servo motor controls the power stage spool. This valve addresses the limitations of conventional jet tube pilot stages, including high pressure vibration, bad contamination, resistance, and low response velocity of mechanical feedback pilot phases. It has better performance reliability and is popular in elds like metallurgy, power generation, testing and aerospace.
Features
- The rotary direct-drive valve is the pilot stage, and it attains more than 70 percent reduction in leakage ow in comparison to other jet tube, and nozzle flapper pilot stages, greatly decreasing the total valve energy usage.
- High response and especially high gain in pressure of the pilot stage makes sure that it has a good dynamic performance.
- The pilot stage has low hysteresis and high resolution and minimizes hysteresis more than fivefold relative to conventional, jet tube and nozzle flapper valves, which are of great value in the overall valve static performance.
- The pilot stage has lower starting control pressures, which is made possible through the use of lower starting control pressures than jet tube and nozzle flapper valves, improving the performance of low-pressure control.
- The pilot has an inbuilt 3rd generation servo amplifier equipped with flexible and versatile features, control options, to be customized to various applications.
- The ultra-large flow valve body design has a broad range of flow and the pilot stage control oil is adjustable, internally or externally, where it is needed.
