The energy-saving hydraulic station utilizes the working principle of an accumulator, combined with pressure sensors and low leakage hydraulic components, to maintain pressure for a long time and stop the motor from working, achieving the effect of saving electricity. Suitable for machining centers and those that require long-term maintenance of press machining production. The longer the product processing time, the more significant the energy-saving effect. Through practical application testing, it has been found that the working state of the machining center can reach over 98%. The motor remains in a non working state for a long time, without consumption, heat generation, volatilization, or noise, achieving the effect of energy conservation, environmental protection, emission reduction, and noise reduction.
